At PakBooks.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PakBooks.com account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
